Walk out of this ground level condo onto the private courtyard to enjoy a coffe by shore.This location is the beginning of the Inland Lakes Waterway and one block from the paved bike path that takes you to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Alanson and Petoskey State Park. Nub's Nob and Boyne Highland Ski hills are only minutes away. There is 1 full bath with walk in shower and double sinks and an additional powder room off the kitchen and a large bedroom with a king size bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. There is an additional inflatable queen mattress for extra guests. The sunrises are amazing !!! Our courtyard offers gas grills, dining tables and a fire pit. There is also a beach area right at the condo for your enjoyment. If you are a winter sports enthusiast, there is ice fishing right out your front door and you are minutes from the snowmobile trails and ski hills. Come stay and enjoy all that northern Michigan has to offer!
