Notre appartement de 45 m² situé Rue Lieutenant JB Meschi au 5e étage sans ascenseur d'un immeuble marseillais est idéal pour un séjour à Marseille. Très lumineux, il offre une cuisine séparée entièrement équipée et ouverte sur la terrasse. Le coin salon donne sur une terrasse ensoleillée avec vue dégagée sur le quartier. La chambre dispose d'un lit double et de rangements. Le canapé du salon se transforme en canapé-lit. La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche à l'italienne et d'un meuble vasque. Idéalement situé à 15 min en tramway de la Gare St Charles, à 5 min des hôpitaux et à 15 min du Vieux-Port en métro. Possibilité Bail mobilité de 1 à 10 mois (étudiant, salarié en formation ou en mobilité professionnelle). Immeuble paisible, merci de respecter le calme (pas de bruit, pas de fêtes).
