Beautiful apartment located in the residence Les Hauts de la Mirandole between Cannes and Golfe Juan in the middle of an exotic garden with multiple species enjoying a swimming pool, a tennis court and a ping-pong table. You will stay in a contemporary decor overlooking a furnished terrace facing south to take your meals and relax, or simply admire the landscape;
The main room has a sitting area with a current high-end convertible sofa, a flat screen TV. The kitchen is open to the modern living room and fully equipped with a combination of bright white and slate with an American bar for very convivial lunches. ;
You have everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, Nespresso machine and filter, toaster, iron, ironing board, hairdryer.
The 1st bedroom offers a large closet with a double bed 140x190 of very good quality. This room has a large picture window opening onto a north-facing balcony and a wooded park.
The second bedroom is equipped with bunk beds with good quality box springs and mattresses, a small closet, a desk and a small picture window giving on the same side as the 1 st bedroom. (high bed 90x190 and low 140x190)
1 large contemporary bathroom with quality equipment with bath and walk-in shower and an independent WC.
You can enjoy the swimming pool and its deckchairs and parasols, play tennis, table tennis and go to the private beach of La Mirandole via direct access (by crossing the Résidence de la Mirandole which you will have access to).
The apartment is allowed for pets and smokers (on the terrace).

Summary: This was a wonderful stay. It's partly resort with lovely grounds, views, a pool, and tennis courts. No restaurant (but no problem). The unit is a fully equipped apartment with a balcony and ocean - sorry, "sea" - view as my wife kept correcting me. It was July and we did not need AC. We had the front and back sliding doors open almost the whole time when in, and a ready breeze kept everything temperate and comfortable. We ate our meals on the balcony. Golfe-Juan is a quaint shoreline community with a local, not tourist, feel to it located between Cannes and Antibes. It has a beautiful sand beach, a significant marina, and a row of restaurants along the harbour. Kudos to La Sirene specifically, a Turko-Lebanese establishment that went out of their way to customize gluten-free meals for my daughter. The staff were wonderful, and the food delicious.Parking in the main beach lot was always easy and available.To us, this was the perfect trade-off for a pleasant Cote d'Azure vacation in a lovely spot without the heavy crowding & tourism. You can always drive a few km in either direction if you WANT the heavy crowding & tourism. :)Checking in is easy but needs to be coordinated a day or so ahead of time. Our hostess Joyce graciously helped us out with all of that and answered all our questions. The unit has dedicated parking. For this more residential area it's easier if you have a car.Would recommend, and stay here again, in a heartbeat.GeorgeOttawa, Canada
