Positive: A well equipped, very spacious house overlooking Loch Sunart. It was a treat everyday to wake up in such a beautiful house with such an incredible location. Very peaceful...all you ever heard were the birds and the deer. A bird lovers paradise with lots of different birds to see, deer and 2 tiny dormice that came to feed on the peanut butter put out for the pinemartins which we never saw. The location was ideal , incredibly beautiful scenery from the Lodge only around 35 minutes to Kilchoan, 55 minutes to Sanna beach and 30 minutes in the other direction to the hide where we saw otters and white tailed eagles Dan the owner was knowledgeable and most helpful about the area. The delicious bottle of wine for us and the jar of peanut butter for the pinemartins were very much appreciated. We had a wonderful holiday and would love to come back again in the future.
