Bottoms up has a had a face lift! Check out the new photos posted for 2024 rental season. Bottoms up located before the Grand Isle bridge on the bay. The camp has direct boat access to the bay. Less than 1 mile from Bridgeside marina. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, with a total of 8 beds that includes one twin bunk bet set and one full bunk set in BR 3 & BR 4. Large covered deck upstairs overlooking the bay. Plenty of room downstairs for hanging out, boiling seafood, and barbequing. Water Depth is very dependent on the wind and time of the year which would affect the parking of boats on pier or along bulkheaded area. Streaming television in Living Room only.
Water dept fluctuates from 1' to 2 1/2' depending on tide and wind direction.
Note: Island Realtyhas no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time. The project as it is funded and overseen by USACE.

Summary: Beautiful house and great location for a relaxing getaway for our family and in-laws. Perfect sunsets!!! Water was very low in the evenings, but managable with patience and trolling motor to get back to the dock with the boat. Boat can be launched a few places down or at one of the marinas on the island. Enjoyable for all ages.
