The main level features a large, open living space with vaulted ceilings and a wood burning fireplace for use in the colder months. The kitchen is fully stocked and boasts a gas range, large refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee nook. A spacious island and dining room table allow for plenty of seating for large groups. This level also features a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. From the living room, several doors lead out to the expansive deck, with plenty of patio furniture and seating to allow for outdoor dining, while offering the most spectacular views of Brookville Lake.
The private primary suite is located on the 2nd floor and features a king bed and twin bed, large closet and beautifully done bathroom with individual his/her sinks and custom tile shower. The opposite end of the house contains a separate staircase leading to three additional bedrooms, which are outlined below.
