Summary: Our stay was lovely, although it has been marred somewhat by the lack of communication we have received regarding the return of our deposit. Several messages and phone calls have been met with radio silence. At £75 it isn’t a small amount of money, and to have it withheld without any communication has been frustrating to say the least. I would advise anyone staying here to be comfortable with losing their deposit because at this present moment it seems as though the hotel is hoping we’ll just forget about it eventually.
