Oak Cottage is a spacious family home located within a stroll of all Stratford-Upon-Avonโs main attractions, including the stunning waterfront, Royal ShakespeareTheatre, bars, restaurants, shopping and more. Comprising 6 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, a large kitchen/ family area, a separate formal dining room and separate study, there is ample space for larger groups to enjoy time together in beautiful surroundings. The main family sitting room opens onto mature gardens where guests have use of a top of the range Weber bbq for al fresco dining. The gardens are child friendly with football goal and there is a large selection of games and DVDs to suit all ages. We welcome well behaved family pets within the extensive wooden floor area downstairs.
The sleeping options are entirely flexible thanks largely to two lightweight double fold down beds plus one 'spare' single mattress, all of which can easily be moved to any room upstairs or downstairs to suit each party's requirements with capacity to sleep 15 in total. In addition there is also a baby travel cot and bedding as needed.
