Positive: It is a very pretty and spacious apartment in a very central area. The sheets were incredibly soft and all areas very clean.
Negative: I couldn't sleep well because of the noise from the road. Some facilities needed a fix. Kitchen tap was leaking, stove not working properly. I found the mattress uncomfortable, but I guess this is subjective. I would suggest the owner to provide extra blankets and pillows, and perhaps a little pot to boil water to make a tea. Last, they should provide some tea and coffee.
