Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The apartment is pretty good for six people. The city center and train station are reachable in 20-25 minutes by metro. Quite a nice restaurant nearby, Conad supermarket is pretty close. The instructions for checking in are pretty clear and straightforward.

Negative: The way of paying the city tax and sending the documents over Whatsapp is not a good idea. The surroundings in general don't feel safe and pleasant to me. However, it is definitely worth the price you pay.
