Summary: grote volledig gelijkvloerse woning in U-vorm, verzorgd en net, verschillende designmeubels, grote tuin met mediterrane planten, prachtig buitenzwembad (weliswaar onverwarmd doch vormde geen probleem gezien de hittegolf) op de binnenplaats. Voldoende pricacy. Autostaanplaats buiten voor de woning, afsluitbaar met automatische schuifpoort (parking is te delen met vriendelijke bewoonster van het sousterrain). Enig minpunt: geen airco, waardoor kamers te warm 's avonds...
