A l'étage sur la mezzanine se trouve un coin TV et la wifi et un lit gigogne 80*190cm avec possibilité de faire un couchage en 160cm pour 2 personnes, une seconde chambre avec à nouveau un lit en 160cm pour deux personnes et un balcon et une salle d'eau refaite en 2021 avec WC. La maison dispose également également d'un beau jardin clos avec salon de jardin et BBQ, avec un portillon en accès direct pour vos vélos. Remise et retour des clés sur La Rochelle.
