Positive: Wonderful apartment with a jaw-dropping view of the river and the Eiffel Tower. Located in a new, quiet neighborhood with a café and a small shop nearby.

Negative: The only small drawback is that it’s a bit far from metro stations, and you need to transfer to get to the city center.
