Located in the 8th arrondissement, it stands out from nearby areas such as Mermoz or Les États-Unis. When you take the time to wander through the market at Place Ambroise Courtois, shop along Avenue des Frères Lumière, or sit at a terrace frequented by students, it's easy to see why the residents love it. Some are lucky enough to live in one of the townhouses with gardens, which is considered the ultimate luxury.
