One floor higher you will find another bathroom and a bedroom, that apart from that offers direct access to a balcony from which you have a view like on a picture postcard. Outside you will find more splendour. It starts on your veranda that offers such a nice lounge corner that no beach tent can offer you. Every drink will taste that much better under the arches of your own holiday villa, while sitting in comfortable chairs and coaches and looking out on the sea. It is only a few steps to your own garden when you do feel like going out in the sun. When you have warmed up it is only a small jump into your private swimming pool. Everything is within arm’s reach in this holiday villa. This holiday residence is very suitable for families with children because of the amount of privacy it offers.

The neighbourhood Santa Maria de Llorell is beautifully located between the seaside resorts of Tossa de Mar (3km) and Lloret de Mar (8km) and looks out on the green hills and the Mediterranean Sea. It has its own sandy beach, a supermarket, a restaurant, several communal swimming pools, an internet café, and a carp pond. There is a parking lot at the beach and on the beach you can find a nice bar where you can order small meals. The neighbourhood is closed off by a guard and barrier (when arriving at Santa Maria de Llorel you pay 10 Euro per car for an entry ticket to the neighbourhood). As a result not everyone can enter the neighbourhood or reach the beach. This adds an extra safe feeling to the place and makes this neighbourhood very suitable for families with little children.

The surroundings of your villa

When exploring the region outside Santa Maria de Llorell it is only 3 kilometres to the nice fishing-village of Tossa de Mar. This is one of the places on the Costa Brava with the most remains from its founding period. When life on the coast became more dangerous because of the raids from the enemies, people started to build big walls around them. The castle of Vila Vella in Tossa de Mar with its small streets and stairs has stayed intact. In the romantic castle you will find many restaurants and nice shops that make the search for a nice souvenir that much easier. If you want a little more excitement you can find it 8 kilometres away in the other direction, where the always bubbling Lloret de Mar is waiting for you. Lloret de Mar is a really lively place where you can of course enjoy the nightlife or entertain yourself in the nice streets with restaurants and shops. But there is also a lot to do for the more active holiday-maker, like golf courses, a big water park, a dolfinarium, riding schools and sports centres. You won’t have to be bored a single day. At the end of a wonderful day you can return to your own wonderful villa Marianna, where you can enjoy your own private sea view once again.
