Summary: House was clean and very spacious. It was very basic and we even had to buy a tin opener as their wasn’t one. No general bowls to make salads etc so we had to use pans. Did see cockroaches but I guess that’s Florida for you. Could do with pool towels and more lounge seating. There is the room. The bathroom cupboard door was broken and also one of the screen doors, which constantly banged in the wind. We ended up putting a chair against it to stop it banging. Did report this to owners on our arrival, but they did nothing. Our main disappointment was the pool as it was dirty and we were unable to use it.. Went in once but we just couldn’t swim in it. Did report to owner within 1 hour but nothing was ever done about it so we didn’t use it. Communication with owner was not good . We contacted him a few time with general questions but they were never answers. Considering we spent more to stay at this house because we wanted a pool with NO children … it was very disappointing . We go to Tampa every year but won’t use this place again.. a disappointing weeks stay.
