Beautiful, stylish, restored XXL house located on a huge private plot, surrounded by old trees. The immediate surroundings of the house are a perfect place for idyllic relaxation, carefree family holidays, an ideal scenery for various children's games and activities. It is a transfer to the times of holidays in the countryside, with grandparents, surrounded by nature, with all standards of comfortable accommodation and full house equipment. The 2-storey, atmospheric house offers accommodation for up to 8 people, on 250 m2 of living space. The interiors are tastefully decorated with stylish, renovated furniture. On the ground floor, a spacious living room with a fireplace and a large table awaits guests, where the whole large family can easily sit at each meal. On the ground floor there are also 3 large, separate bedrooms with comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms with showers. Interestingly, there are two fully equipped kitchens in the house, which makes the accommodation ideal for a multi-generational family or a larger group of friends, as you can prepare meals independently at the same time. After entering the first floor, guests are greeted by a spacious open space with a fireplace, TV and stereo equipment, serving as a living room, relaxation room and possibly an additional bedroom (there is a double sofa bed). There is also a separate bedroom upstairs. The house has a large terrace, although without a roof, but with a sun umbrella and a set of garden furniture. Barbecue facilities are at guests' disposal. The house is equipped with a washing machine. The accommodation has heating and excellent thermal insulation, which makes rest here comfortable at any time of the year. The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, water consumption, parking, baby cot and high chair (prior notification required). The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The location of the house surrounded by meadows, fields and forests is conducive to hiking and cycling. The nearest town (Karlino) is 5 km away, and there you can find several restaurants, cafes and all sorts of shops. The Parsęta River flows through Karlino towards its mouth in Kołobrzeg, ideal for kayaking. About 10 km from the holiday home there is a professional canoe rental. The accommodation is located more or less between the seaside Kołobrzeg, where you can relax on a beautiful sandy beach and take advantage of the charms of swimming in the Baltic Sea, and Koszalin, a large city, the capital of the province, with a rich gastronomic and cultural offer. There are large water parks in both of these towns.
