In a brand new gated community (fifth booking of the lagoons), divided into villages and fleeing the common model of the beach and 24 hour security of villages, you will have the pool available, barbecue, pizza oven, ice machine, wifi, playroom , playground, gourmet lounge and party room, laundry, bicycles, tennis court, soccer field, gym, Private indoor parking space, electric carts (golf) for loading and movement and the possibility of hiring cleaning services.
Our apartment is fully spring and very comfortable. Is upstairs with lots of privacy, has 3 bedrooms, 2 suites, gourmet balcony, equipped with appliances and many utensils, coffee maker, refrigerator, minibar, and SKY TV LED 40 ', and splits in all rooms and heater water to gas. We also have BARBECUE & PIZZA OVEN the gas in the balcony, an exclusivity that gives more comfort and privacy to guests.
The beautiful, tranquil Porto Beach is about a condo concierge 100m where sea turtles are seen constantly. The beach of Itacimirim surf, very crowded, is 1 Km. We have beach chairs, cart for transportation, sombrero and coolers for cold drinks.
In Itagimirim village you can attend excellent beach huts (as Papiri) and good Italian and Bahian food restaurants, as in several B & Bs site.
For those who like hustle, ballads, shopping and fine dining options are the famous Praia do Forte, about 5 Km later, or Guarajuba which is 7km before Itacimirim.
