Enjoy the $400k transformation most desirable home at Las Terrazas. Featuring fully retractable sliders off the Great Room, you can see, hear, & smell the jungle sounds (no other condo has this unique feature). Every detail in this renovation was chosen with care, from the stand alone bathtub in the master suite to the floating bed in the Great Room to the hand selected rugs and lanterns from Morocco. Note: . Guests have access to the amazing and private Prieta Beach Club, and Guests are responsible for paying the access fee on days that you go to the Prieta Beach Club. This is payable directly to the Prieta Beach Club. Fee is subject to change at the discretion of the Club. Current fee schedule from the Club is a cost per person +VAT, per day that they go to the club: Jan -Oct 2024 is $50 +VAT, Nov 2024-April 2025 (excluding Festive) is $100 +VAT, Festive 2024-2024 is $200 +VAT.

The home is within the resort gates of Peninsula Papagayo in Guanacaste, which is also home to the Four Seasons, Andaz, and the Ritz Carlton Reserve (opening 2024). It is approx. 30 minutes from the LIR (Guanacaste) airport.
As the homeowner's guest, you have access to the resort. You also have access to the private Prieta Beach Club (guests responsible for access fee when they go), and to the Arnold Palmer Ocean course, and tennis and pickleball courts near the pro shop.

The sophisticated bunk room has 2 custom built bunks with queen beds below and single above.
This home is sure to delight and become a "must return" destination. We include a personal concierge to curate your itinerary of adventures and relaxation, as well as a home caretaker to make certain the home is not only functioning properly, but that the smaller details, such as the mood at the home, are enhanced.
The condo is in a low volume condo complex of just 16 condos. There are 2 common pools within the condo complex and you are free to use either (likely you will use the closest one).
Our concierge can arrange transportation from the airport to your home, as well as coordinate a rental golf cart or rental car for your use during your stay (paid separately).

Summary: Great house, super great location, great amenities, however the house is in need of many minor repairs. Broken light switches, broken bathroom faucets, air conditioning not working properly, refrigerator not working properly, ceiling fan making horrendous noise. All simple things that need attention, but these things add up when you are paying top dollar for a "luxury home".
