Magnificent residence of a Jewish merchant built in the 18th century in the most popular perimeter of the Medina of Essaouira, classified as World Heritage by UNESCO. The Riad which has retained its original architecture has a large patio open to the sky and 4 floors with a terrace with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean, the Sqala of the port and the purpurine islands where the Romans extracted the purple in antiquity.
The watchword of Riad de la mer is simplicity and elegance. The common areas and the rooms are equipped with all necessary comforts and are decorated with antique furniture and works of art from around the world.
Able to accommodate up to 14 people, the Riad de la mer can be rented in full for holidays with family or friends or by floors depending on the number of beds desired.
