Positive: The apartment is really nice! It is new, has a fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom with washing machine and a bathtub, a very comfortable bed. It is warm and the house itself is nice. It was super-clean as well. It is located in a very quiet gateway, but right 200 m apart you have all the Neustadt food places and shops
Negative: There is no dedicated parking space. We parked on paid parking in the street and it was quite costly 🥲
