This is a nice family style campground. Walking distance access to beach crossover and intercoastal waterway.
All of the main roads in the campgrouna are one way streets. Once parked walking is the best method to get to beach and ICW. There is no additional free parking at the campground you must park in your designated spot. There is only parking for 1 medium sized vehicle.
The campground has alot of rules. These are the most important:
1: Quite time is from 11pm to 7am
2: Speed limit in campground is 5mph and most roads are one way. Our street is 1-way. Do not park on the street.
3: Basically do not act like a bone head and everything will be fine!:)
4. Pets are allowed $20 per night per pet fee. You must pick up any poop anywhere in the camp ground or will be subject to 100$ fine.
5. Smoking or vaping inside the camper or Sun room is strictly prohibited. You can smoke and vap outside around back on the patio or out front.
6. The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor day. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. There is no food or glass bottles allowed at the pool. Pool code will be provided with check in instructions.
7. You will be staying directly across the highway from a public beach access. While traffic is typically light during the day, we ask that you be extremely careful when crossing the road. Traffic is heavier on weekends so please be aware of your surroundings,
8. The neighbors are all friendly, but we ask that you also commit to being a great neighbor by limiting noise and not walking, parking, etc, on others' personal property please.Quiet time is from 11pm-7am please be courteous.
9. There is room for 1 small to medium cars or one truck/SUV.
10. There are laundry facilities at the camp ground (coin operated) as well as bathrooms and showers.
11. We ask that you please use the provided sets of sheets with pillow cases if you use the futon as beds. Sheets are located underneath.Please do not sleep directly on the futon cover without the sheets.
