Pleasant house in a quiet neighborhood of L'Aiguillon-sur-Mer, located 3,000 m from the large beach of La Faute-sur-Mer - 1,200 m from shops - 1,400 m from the lake (supervised swimming).
This house offers an open-plan kitchen (gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment) with washing machine, a living room with a sitting area (flat-screen TV), a first bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a second with a 140 cm bed and two 90 cm bunk beds (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. All of this opens onto an enclosed garden with two terraces. Pets are not allowed.

There are fishing huts where you can buy the catch of the day.

This is like a lake with sea water with sandy beaches on the side of the city center. The area is supervised in summer and it is on this body of water that we will find the most activity.
