Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: I requested an upper level room and was provided one without question. The front desk worker was very friendly upon my arrival. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was also easy to adjust the heat in the room to a comfortable temperature.
Negative: The water pressure in the shower was weak. There was a fan running constantly in the bathroom that could not be turned off. Finally, I had to hold down the handle on the toilet in order to get it to flush properly.
Summary: The hotel was nice and the room was comfortable. Proximity to UVM was important to my stay.
