Located within walking distance of local amenities & within 3 miles (8-10 min drive) of Leicester town centre. Access to the whole house complete with two kitchens containing all amenities (x3 ovens, x2 sinks, x2 washer/dryers, x1 american style fridge freezer, espresso coffee machine and much more). The property also contains a Large dining room and large maintained grounds/garden, complete with seating in multiple different areas, including a BBQ area & large spacious bedrooms.

Summary: 14 of us (ages ~30+) stayed here for a weekend for a hen party for one of my friends, we needed a Midlands location that was easily accessible from the centre of town and this house was just what we needed. Rikesh was really helpful and communicative. Although the house was perfect for what we needed, it could do with a little updating and sprucing up.
