We value your health and strive to be as natural, eco-friendly & green as possible by choosing natural & recycled products, and not wearing shoes in the house.
We have strict house rules:
* NO PETS OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND on the property
* No Groups, Parties or Proms
* No shoes in the house (we have a bench by the door for you to remove your shoes)
We do individual leases with all tenants.
We will need proof of age and your home address prior to accepting your reservation.
Additional Rental Information:
- Non-refundable deposit required for booking (50% rental fee plus Property Damage Protection Fee)
- Full payment required 2 weeks prior to check-in.

Summary: We have stayed in LBI many times but never this close to the beach. We had a great stay with the kids and the apartment was clean and cool and very well equipped with cleaning materials , toilet paper etc. You do have to provide your own sheets and towels but no big deal. All in all a great stay and we would definitely come back.
