Positive: Lots of space, uncluttered, comfortable beds and furniture, nice residential neighborhood. Easy to get in and no unreasonable checkout requirements.
Negative: Some details made it seem less cared for, like paint drips all over the carpet throughout, dripping sink downstairs, fridge water dispenser didn't work.
