Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in der Kurzone 1, sehr zentral und nur drei Minuten zu Fuß von der RupertusTherme entfernt. Die Wohnung ist in unserem 350 qm großen Haus, im ersten Stock gelegen. Sie ist ca 60 qm groß, Südseite, mit großem Balkon und Blick in die Berge. Unser Haus ist von einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben, mit einem 50 Jahre alten Kirschbaum, von dem man auch im ersten Stock den Abendschatten genießen kann. Man ist in Kürze in der Stadt, aber auch die Saalach unser Hauptfluß hier, liegt mit ihren Auen direkt vor unserer Nase. Gut geeignet zum joggen, radfahren und auch wandern. Ein exclusives Appartement, ideal für ein Paar, aber auch für eine Familie mit Kindern oder Freunden. Es können bis zu sechs Personen darin schlafen. Gute Bus- und Zugverbindungen in alle Richtungen. In 10 Gehminuten erreichen Sie das Kurgastzentrum, den Kurgarten, sowie die Fußgängerzone. In ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage bietet unser Haus dem Erholung suchenden Gast, dem Aktivurlauber, wowie Akademie- und Kurgästen eine ideale Infrastruktur für Gesundheit, Kur, Fitness und Erlebnis in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das Appartement hat eine Wohnküche in modernstem Hochglanzgrau, mit Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Ceranfeld und Backrohr. Auch eine Senseo-Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden. Die Möbel in der Küche (Esstisch, Spiegel und vier Stühle) sind aus feinstem Palisanderholz. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind offen, können aber durch eine drei Meter breite Klapptüre auch geschlossen werden. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein ausziehbares Eckledersofa und noch ein weiteres Schlafsofa. Auch da sind die Möbel aus Palisanderholz. Es ist mit einem modernen Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player ausgestattet. Auf dem Balkon befindet sich ein Kunstrattanesstisch mit vier Stühlen. Sämtliche Utensilien wie Tischsets, Besteck, Teller usw. sind vorhanden. Die Veranda (der Balkon ist 2, 80 Meter breit) hat einen großzügigen Sonnenschirm. Das dritte Zimmer ist das Schlafzimmer. Es hat ein Doppelbett und einen Schrank, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit schönen Bildern ausgestattet. Man schläft sehr ruhig und bequem in Satinbettwäsche. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Eckwhirlbadewanne, ein extra breites Waschbecken, ein Designerspiegel und die Toilette.
