Positive: Location and facilities.
Negative: The property had not been cleaned. We believe the cleaners only made up the beds put out clean towels. 2 Cockroaches and droppings in main bathroom and around bath - the rumpus room /3rd bedroom had loads of dead insects on the carpet the near the back sliding doors. All the rooms were extremely damp and smelly. Most rooms had humidifiers and damp crystals but all proved to be useless. We bought carpet deodoriser, air freshener and glen 20 to spray surfaces /carpets to try to remove the smell and ensure surfaces were sanitised. Toilet seat was broken which we had to fix. Oven not very clean nor some of the cooking pans. Mud all around the laundry door floor had not been cleaned and windows/glass doors were filthy. Out door furniture covered in dirt and bird droppings. It was not a good experience particularly as we had our young grandchildren with us. The property manager was very responsive when the smoke alarm of battery failed.
Summary: The location and facilities were great but would never stay in the property again.
