Positive: Friendly, supportive, and thoughtful host, we’re feeling welcomed. The house is super children friendly, our kids can play in the garden as well. There's a supermarket and petrol station in walking distance. The location is great. Private parking with roof is great for guests with a car :-)
Negative: The mattress in the living room for the extra 2 people are way too soft to our taste. Not really comfortable for sleeping for us. Nevertheless, we should have communicated this with the host in time to get harder ones. Another point we don't really like is that the toilet is in the bathroom accessed via the bedroom. Thus, the guests sleeping in the living room need to go via the bedroom to use the toilet.
Summary: Nice stay.
