Perfectly located, in just a short one-minute walk, you could spend your days soaking up the sun on the powdery sand of Fort Lauderdale or Las Olas Beaches. Enjoy a meal with an ocean view at some of the finest restaurants in Ft Lauderdale, as they are also only a short walk away. You can tee off on the green at the Coral Ridge Country Club, or grab your fishing poles and reel in the catch of the day from the local pier, all just minutes away!

PARKING
The apartment does not come with designated parking.
There are paid parking lots and metered street parking next to and around the building, along with the Sonesta Hotel on the corner of Sunrise Blvd and A1A. We highly recommend the use of ride share because this listing is VERY centrally located to everything in the Fort Lauderdale area.
Just to the west of the building there is a โBeach Parkingโ parking lot where you can park overnight for $40-50/night or if you want to valet at the Sonesta Hotel (corner of Sunrise Boulevard and A1A) you may do so for about $40/night.
