Welcome to Llarrom, located in Scone in the Upper Hunter Valley, 3.5 hours from Sydney. Situated on over an acre of land with picturesque gardens, in-ground pool, cosy fire pit, paddock & horse stable.
A country home with beautifully styled interiors, it is the perfect space to relax & unwind whether visiting with family, travelling for work or a weekend getaway. With a clever floor plan making it ideal for one, a couple or larger groups having the master and bathrooms downstairs and three further bedrooms upstairs.
Beautiful double French doors open to the wrap around bull nose verandahs and onto the large deck overlooking the sparkling in-ground salt water pool.
The front gardens are manicured and serene with an array of visiting birds who enjoy their morning seed and a splash in the bird bath. The back area has a large entertaining deck overlooking the pool. Behind the pool are the paddocks and horse stable.
Downstairs features the master bedroom with king size bed layered with Cultiver linens. There is an electric fireplace, ceiling fan and new ensuite bathroom with clawfoot bath. The second brand new bathroom is also on this level along with a fully fitted out kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, pod machine, washer/dryer and island bench seating. A bar area is adjacent to the kitchen that has its owns set of French doors leading to the deck and pool. The living zones are open plan and flow from the kitchen. The dining area has a 10 seater farmhouse table and access through French Doors to the verandahs. The living room has linen and leather lounges and vintage cane lounge chairs, seating 10 comfortably with reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fan and a large Smart TV with Netflix for your enjoyment.
Upstairs are two queen rooms with crisp cotton Sheridan sheets and reverse cycle air-conditioners with the third upstairs bedroom having four single beds, wall mounted Smart TV, reverse cycle air-conditioning and sitting area. Perfect for the kids or young at heart!
With beautifully modern interiors, the home has been stylishly furnished with classic pieces and quality linens.
Llarrom has plenty of space for alfresco entertaining and activities and a fire pit for those cooler afternoons and evenings under the stars. There is also a full size gas BBQ.

The house was in a great location, spotless, there was a beautiful welcome basket on arrival and a cheeky bottle of red wine. The fridge was stocked with fresh milk, gourmet cheese and everything else you need. The attention to detail was above and beyond. Highly recommend, Liz is a great host, we will be back.

The cottage is perfect for a group with loads of beds and plenty of space both inside and out - it would be great for anytime of the year with a pool and pit fire. Liz is a ripper lovely host who provides so many of those little touches - bread eggs fruit OJ wine & cheese as well as plenty of condiments in both the kitchen and the bathrooms ….. she is great with her flexibility and communication. A peaceful relaxing place with a great garden and verandah and very central to the heart of Scone.

We had a fabulous two nights at Liz’s cottage. It was perfect for two couples, we had lots of space. The home is beautifully decorated, gardens are lush - looks just like a Pinterest board! We did a drive into town & wine tasting in Denman which was easily accessible, but loved how the property was far enough outside of town it feels secluded. Liz went above and beyond with all the little extras and fresh produce which were so appreciated. The house was immaculately clean. Would highly recommend this stay & we can’t wait to come back in Summer time to use the gorgeous pool!

The cottage was a beautiful find. For a new listing the place was clean, equipped and well organised. Liz was very easy to communicate with. We loved the newly renovated cottages decor and aesthetics.

We spent NYE which also happened to be my hubbys birthday in this gorgeous home. It was styled beautifully and the gardens were so pretty. We made the most of our one night and had a perfect NYE. It was very homely and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. The beds were comfy and had lovely linens and plenty of fluffy towels. We had an excellent time and wished we could have stayed longer as it was so peaceful!!
