Hardly used cottage includes high-end kitchen with granite counter tops and bar eating area. The property includes the use of a private pool, private beach, basketball, dock and much, much more.
You would be renting the blue cottage near the tennis court, not the main house (yellow). No guests would be in the main house (yellow) while you are renting the cottage. Therefore, you would have private use of the verandas around the main house as it is attached to the pool. The entire 8 acres would be private during your stay at Coconut Cottage.

Summary: Just outside the cottage a bit of truck traffic noise. But it' peaceful and breezy on the beach and by the beautiful pool. It is quiet inside the cottage which has good water pressure providing in a very nice shower.
