Poinsettia Heights is a centrally located quiet neighborhood in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. Steps away from vibrant Wilton Manors and the Beach, and a short drive to Miami, the area is a perfect location to explore South Florida from.
The Captainโs Quarters is perfect for those guests who decide not to rent a car. Sunrise Blvd, Federal Highway (US1), and the adorable outcrop that is dubbed 13th Street (NE 13th St) are all within walking distance (under a mile).
IMPORTANT: Strictly enforced by the city. We risk losing our vacation rental license if found to not be in compliance of the following:
-Our home is nestled in a residential neighborhood. There are noise restrictions all hours of the day with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
-Guests are required to present an ID prior to receiving access codes.
-No on-street parking/ 1 car maximum
-Absolutely no so smoking inside
-No parties or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy
-Each guest gets a personalized lock code that expires at the time of check-out ensuring the safety of our guests and properties
-The door automatically locks behind you each time you exit so you never have to wonder if the home has been secured
-Free early check-in and late check-out (based on availability)
IMPORTANT: Guests are responsible for presenting an ID/ photo just like a hotel. There is no exception to this rule.
