Summary: Great location! Easy access to everyplace you want to be in Guayaquil, including the airport & a major bus station. The Mall del Sol is conveniently located right behind the apartment building, with its shopping, eateries & entertainment facilities, in case you have some energy left after exploring the city. The lobby staff & the host were very helpful. We don't speak Spanish , but with the help of Dominic & the lobby staff we were able to navigate Guayaquil with relative ease. Although we found the apartment furnishings relatively sparse, it was very comfortable & quiet. Definitely would stay here again, should we return to Guayaquil.
