Wooden villa 2016, large kitchen-living room (sofa bed), bedroom 2 beds, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom with one bed and sofa bed. Washroom (2 showers), sauna with views of the lake (wood stove), separate toilet. Extensive partly covered terrace spaces.
Rented only for families and other groups who enjoy peaceful holiday. Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers
The villa has underfloor heating and mechanical ventilation. Good path to the beach.
There is also old lakeside sauna (wooden stove, dressing room, no electricity, no running water).
Hot tub available to rent from the owner, 150e / reservation, payment on site. In frosty weather hot tub is not in use. Please inquire about the availability with the owner in advance. Karhijรคrvi is fairly large lake in Lavia. Only for families. The beach is suitable for small children.
Yard area is spacious and bright, the lake opens to the south. The neighbors are close, but still there is own peace.
The lake is rich in fish. In high season smoked lampreys can be bought eg. from Pori Square and from Nakkila village.
Tampere (eg. Sรคrkรคnniemi Amusement Park) 85 km, Pori 45 km, Old Rauma (World Heritage Site) 90 km.
