The totally independent and secure accommodation includes a bedroom with a sofa bed and a dining area equipped with a table, two chairs, a fridge, a microwave oven with grill function, a coffee maker and a kettle. There is no full kitchen, but an outdoor plancha is available. The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin and sanitary toilet, to be used with toilet paper only. Bed linen and towels are provided. If you prefer a real kitchen, you can book the "Nid Douillet" in the same house.
The garden is shared with several garden furniture, a pergola, deckchairs and children's play equipment. You can also enjoy a large veranda shared with a gym equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike and rowing machine. The gym is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The house comprises four self-contained units that can accommodate up to 17 people in all. Free street parking is available, or you can reserve a space in the secure parking lot at an additional cost.
Additional options are available, such as breakfast after the first which is complimentary and to order, the rental of an umbrella bed with mattress, and the reservation of a parking space in the enclosed courtyard, all at an additional cost.
For your security, the veranda is equipped with video surveillance. Please lock your accommodation and the veranda each time you leave. The accommodation is ideally located on the Compostelle trail, close to the bus stop, nursing school, CREPS and just ten minutes from the city center.
