Villa Meris, in Castro Marina, is a small, independent villa surrounded by a beautiful 1200 sqm terraced garden with direct access to the sea.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
LAYOUT: The house is divided into two levels. The upper floor, which can accommodate up to 4 people, features 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The lower floor, which can accommodate 2 additional people, includes a third bedroom, a living room, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. The lower floor is not rented separately, so it remains closed if the number of guests does not exceed 4.
AMENITIES: All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners (hot/cold) and mosquito screens on the windows. The living room has a TV connected to a satellite antenna (free-to-air channels only). The kitchen on the upper floor is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and microwave. The small kitchen on the lower floor features two stovetops, a microwave oven, a fridge, and a freezer. Both bathrooms are equipped with a large shower cabin.
