Summary: Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The entire place felt outdated and poorly maintained. Staff were generally unfriendly, which may have been due to being overworked, but it still made the experience worse. The dinner was terrible, the restaurant was dirty, with dust in many corners and food scattered on the floor. Breakfast wasn't any better. The mini Karelian pasties were still frozen, the scrambled eggs were overcooked, and when we mentioned that the coffee had run out, one of the staff members was rude to us. The room itself was okay, but the bathroom was filthy and felt unclean. Unfortunately, we didn’t find anything positive about our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
