Located 700 meters from the sandy beach of Baia Santa Margherita, one of the most beautiful beaches in western Sicily. The beach can be reached on foot via a dirt path made by the forestry or by car (1 minute) with free parking in front of the beach with a free train service that will allow you to get around the coast and the various beaches.
Recently built, thanks to its verandas overlooking the sea and the walls with the soft colors of light blue framed by the white furnishings, they offer a relaxing atmosphere themed with the surrounding nature.
The large size (140 sq m) on 3 floors with 4 bedrooms (one of which is 35 sq m), 3 bathrooms and a large open-plan living room, kitchen with large veranda overlooking the sea, can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The division on 3 levels allows to guarantee maximum privacy in case of sharing by several people of the same family or groups of friends. (the house is rented exclusively)
