Situated in a leafy, residential area close to both Battersea Park and Clapham Common in the heart of South-west London, this beautiful Victorian terraced home is a fantastic balance of everyday convenience and luxury.
Home to the Melrose family, it is bright and spacious with a modern yet warm interior. It has been the subject of much refurbishment, most recently the eat-in kitchen which has beautiful wooden flooring and on-trend dove grey units. It is well-equipped with modern conveniences including new induction hob and instant boiling water tap.
This charming home provides perfect accommodation for families or friends and can comfortably sleep up to 9 guests.
It is a 5-minute bus ride to Clapham Junction station with regular mainline services into Victoria or Waterloo in just a few minutes. With its extensive network of train lines, passengers can also travel directly into Putney, Richmond, parts of North London as well as Gatwick airport in 30 minutes. Clapham Common underground on the Northern Line is about 15 minutes walk away and there are also several local bus routes into central London.
The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors and comprises 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 2 double sofa beds. There are 2 bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom with WC.
The large downstairs front room offers a great space for relaxing family time with its large sofa, additional seating and Smart TV with several major streaming channels. (There is an additional Smart TV in one of the double bedrooms with sofa bed.)
