Summary: I really appreciated Nicole’s communication and helpfulness. The only issue we had in our 3 month stay was that when we arrived, her cleaner hadn’t done some cleaning and rebagging of bins. When I told Nicole, she immediately offered to have it cleaned and that anything we bought to take care of it she would reimburse. This is the kind of rapport and character that makes Vrbo work and worthwhile—genuiness and quick corrections. For our entire stay, she was always available. I highly suggest Nicole’s rentals to anyone considering and thank her very much.
