Enjoy the outdoor living space year-round with a sprawling back deck (includes plenty of seating, BBQ, running pond, Japanese bridge, and luscious landscape) with a sliding glass door for easy indoor access. The Master bedroom also has an attached deck with access to the courtyard entrance, which includes another running pond. The courtyard entrance has a locking door (separate from the main home) as well as a Ring security system. The two bedrooms on the main floor have amazing natural lighting every morning, with the downstairs bedroom operating as its own wing with an attached bathroom, additional seating, and even its own entrance from the backyard in addition to the main house. The kitchen, floors, windows, deck, laundry room & bar area, and most of the bedrooms & bathrooms have been newly renovated. The driveway holds 2 cars and plenty of permitted overnight street parking. Great location with easy freeway access - the 210 is just a 2 minute drive - and Pasadena is just across the street (15 minutes from the Rose Bowl)! Enjoy nearby hiking trails (Mt.
