In small old town of Omišalj, on the island of Krk, there is our lovely semi-detached house. It is surrounded by a idillic coastal wood, and is a right choice for anyone looking for a peaceful vacation. Fence around the garden gives liberty to your children to enjoy the surroundings of the house, and being in a confined but large space at the same time. That way the adults can relax more in the shades of our terraces. Omišalj is a typical mediterranean town with small and narrow streets. The house is secluded, on the outskirts of the town, and is situated on a property that covers 1000 m2, including its own parking space for several vehicles.
In the large garden there is a pool (6,3x3,5 m /1,3 m deep), sun deck in an old Tenne with sun lounges, barbecue, two tables and several possibilities to relax, playtower with swings and Rutsche.
There is 85 m2 of living space in the house, divided between two floors as follows: spacious living room with a sofabed (sleeps 2), and very well equipped kitchen, there are dining tables in both living room and kitchen. Then there is a covered terrace , bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet, an extra small toilet - all on the ground floor.

Summary: It is a very nice place with good facilities and friendly owners. The area is quiet and it is just a few kilometers drive to the cosy town Omisalj and the beach at sea. We had several diners in the restaurant named "Kastel" which is very nearby the house. We can for sure recommend this place for a nice stay.
