The 36 m² tiled terrace features a bioclimatic pergola, an electric awning, a dining area with a table for grilling on the charcoal barbecue (charcoal not supplied), a Forge Adour gas plancha and a relaxation area with garden furniture and deckchairs (artificial turf).
Little extras: a 4-person spa, an 8x4m pétanque court for all ages! Two pétanque ball games for adults and one for children are available.
For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in an iron (vertical ironer).
