Summary: Nice home. Nice quiet neighborhood. Convenient to stores. Beach 30 minutes away. Limited parking. No street parking. Kitchen and bathrooms older. Reasonably clean (prior cleanup missed spots in the kitchen, and master bed had some type of capsules spilled underneath). Huge nice projector-style TV. Beds comfortable. Nice deck. Secure.
