Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Located in the heart of the Tuggeranong Town Centre, close to shopping, and a wide choice of caffes and restaurants within a minute from the front door. A short stroll to the Tuggeranong Bus Interchange and walking distance to Services Australia. A private lockup garage is available to the longer stay guest. Looking forward to having you stay.
The apartment features:
One full sized bedroom, with a queen size bed, plus a smaller bedroom with a queen bed.
The bathroom has a large shower, plus toilet and vanity.
Apartment 8 has its own laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and a stainless steel laundry tub. An iron and ironing board are also included.
A large balcony / terrace off the living area offers plenty of space for outdoor eating and relaxing
Apartment number 8 also features a full size kitchen with oven hotplates, range hood and dishwasher. Also included is a microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker. Pots and pans and cooking utensils are also supplied free of charge.
The meals / family area has a table and chairs, lounge, tv and coffee table.
Guest access is via the automatic sliding doors on the street level on Anketell street. There is an elevator to take guests to the apartment located on the second floor. After hours access currently requires a key. We are currently in the process of making both the main entry and the apartment keyless
Once you are checked in and settled, we respect your privacy and your stay becomes your home away from home.
For longer stays, we offer extra linen and toiletries. For stays over 7 days, we offer an optional mid term clean and refresh. A washing machine and dryer is supplied for your use and this allows for a completely independent stay, if that is what you prefer.
We live in an apartment in the same building on the same floor, so we are readily available if needed.
This apartment is located in the heart of the Tuggeranong Town Centre, directly opposite Southpoint (formerly Tuggeranong Hyperdome). Numerous coffee shops and places to eat align the streets as you walk out the front doors.
Although there is an abundance of shopping and dining within a few paces of our doors, it is just a short stroll to the Tuggeranong bus interchange, where express busses leave at 10 minute intervals to the other major town centers in the Canberra region.
There is free parking on site in the service area on nights and weekends. Daytime paid public parking is available. We do have a limited number of single car lock up garages available. Longer stay guests are given priority on the garages.
