Level 2 EV charger with unlimited charging and/or carport parking available for $30 CAD/day. Lots of free street parking available if you don't need carport or EV charger. Wide street with plenty of room for large work trucks.
Mountains are everywhere on the North Shore for those who enjoy nature and breathtaking views.
Mountain biking and hiking is also very popular in North Vancouver. Unit is just 2 blocks from a hiking trail and a 10 minute drive to some of the best mountain biking trails in B.C.
A quick a 10 minute drive to the ocean and seawall as well. The Shipyards and Ambleside beach are great places to visit. 18minute drive to Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal for easy island access. 20minute drive to Canada Place cruise ship terminal. 10minute drive to Stanley Park. 20minute drive to Vancouver Aquarium. 15minute drive to downtown Vancouver.
