Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: We loved the location. The neighborhood is quiet yet just a minutes walk to Las Olas. It was nice to have easy parking as well. It was nice to have the private outside patio space.
Negative: The unit was nice but the set up was a bit awkward with steps up and down into the two sides of the building. Not a big problem for us but could be an issue for others not good on steps. Also, overall, the unit was clean and pleasant excerpt for the floor. We walked around In our bare feet and our feet were black with dirt in no time. I am confident that if we had contacted the owners they would have remedied that but we are reluctant to have strangers in the space.
Summary: Very Nice flat in a PERFECT location.
