Well-being, comfort and warmth in this "Small Chalet" dating from 1772 and located in a typically Savoyard hamlet. The choice of authenticity and the interest of the immediate proximity of the slopes.
Ideally located, 100 meters on foot from the start of the intermediate station of the Les Granges funicular, offering direct access to the Paradiski area and return on skis by the Bois du Saule, Les Granges or Violettes slopes.
Wood, stones and natural materials were favored in the total renovation of the chalet in 2012.
Chalet for 12 people, 120 m2 consisting of:
• a main duplex apartment (90 m2) with 4 bedrooms (8 people), 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 1 pleasant and bright living room with glass frame. Wood stove. South-facing terrace. Clear view on valley and mountains.
• an independent 3-room apartment (40 m2), located on the ground floor, offering 2 bedrooms (4 people), 1 shower room with WC. Equipped also with a kitchen and a dining area, it allows total independence.

Summary: We had a great week at Le Petit Chalet. We were 2 families with 4 teenage children, and the size was ideal, with room to spare. The chalet is very well equipped, having everything you could need. And location wise it was great for us, but obviously it's a very quiet little hamlet, so it's not for the party animals! We had an issue with the boiler that was sorted over the phone. Just a matter of redistributing the wooden pellets. The wood burner is great though! One thing to mention is that the property is listed with a hot-tub, but there is no hot-tub, just a bath. Apart from that, all good! Thanks Christian!
